HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE BEFORE I RECEIVE MY LEATHER CASE?

After the preparation of your case in our Atelier, it takes two to three working days to receive your package in France and up to five working days for international delivery.

HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?

You can track your package with the tracking number that we will send you by email.

I HAVE PLACED AN ORDER BUT I HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY PACKAGE. WHAT CAN I DO?

CAN I ACCESS MY ACCOUNT AND CHANGE MY DATA?

You can access your account at any time and you can edit and delete your data whenever it suits you.

HOW DO I RECOVER THE PASSWORD FOR MY ACCOUNT IF I FORGET IT?

CAN I MAKE A SPECIAL REQUEST FOR THE PERSONALIZATION OF MY LEATHER CASE?

WILL MY ORDER BE SHIPPED IN GIFT WRAPPING?

In order to provide you with a unique experience, we pay particular attention to how your order is packaged. 
Each order is prepared in our Atelier, and individually packaged in its presentation case. The presentation case is then inserted into a box that will protect it and keep it anonymous during shipping.

CAN I ADD A PERSONALIZED MESSAGE TO MY ORDER?

Before validating your order, you will be able to write a personalized message that will be printed and included with your order. The message will be printed on a card and inserted into an envelope.

DOES THE PRICE OF THE ORDER APPEAR IN THE PACKAGE ?

If you place an order via your customer account on the Laboucherougeparis.com website, the receipt will be sent directly to you electronically at the email address registered to your account.
Price tags will be removed from the items you order.

WILL THE RECIPIENT BE ABLE TO EXCHANGE THEIR GIFT?

Exchanges are accepted if the lipstick has not been opened and if the box is intact.
Customized cases may not be exchanged. 

CAN I RETURN A PRODUCT ORDERED ON LABOUCHEROUGEPARIS.COM FOR AN EXCHANGE OR REFUND?

Returns are possible within 30 days of receipt and only if the lipstick has not been opened. Customized products cannot be returned.
You can return any order to us within 30 days of receiving it. 
When returning a product, replace the unused item(s) in the original packaging, along with any accompanying accessories and documents (authentication certificates) and the delivery slip. We advise you to take all necessary precautions to ensure that your product is protected. Any item that is returned damaged, used, incomplete or soiled will not be refunded or exchanged. Returns are at the expense of the buyer and should be sent to the following address:

WHAT SHOULD I DO IF MY PRODUCT IS DAMAGED OR IS NOT THE PRODUCT I ORDERED?

MY CASE HAS SMALL IRREGULARITIES, WHAT SHOULD I DO ?

Some irregularities may appear on your lipstick case. It is a precious, handmade object, crafted in a traditional, artisanal way. It is covered in a natural leather with a finish that is a result of vegetable tanning. Over time, as it is exposed to the elements, this fine leather will develop a patina.
When not in use, store and carry your case in the felt cover provided or its box to protect the leather and chrome from scratches and keep it away from high temperatures and humidity.  


I ORDERED A CASE AND RECEIVED A BALM AND A CASE

The case will be of no use to you with a refill. When you buy a leather case, the Maison gives you a balm for you to be able to use it.

THE BULLET OF MY LIPSTICK HAS IMPERFECTIONS

Our lipsticks are processed without products that are toxic to health such as BHT, endocrine disruptors, PE and PPMA. They are therefore much more difficult to make and are hand cast in our Atelier. The Maison is committed to continuous improvement to offer you the best formulas and the best make-up result. If, however, your lipstick has very small bubbles and more matte traces, we apologize but please note that it does not alter the texture, the hold, the color or the quality of your lipstick.

Payment for purchases on Laboucherougeparis.com can be made using a debit, Visa, Eurocard, MasterCard, American Express bank card or credit card, or by online bank transfer, by contacting our Customer Service.

ARE ONLINE PURCHASES MADE ON LABOUCHROUGEPARIS.COM SECURED?
